The Lookout is a newly constructed 2-bedroom 2 bath getaway. The Master Suite has a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers 2 queen beds with plenty of storage to unpack and settle in. The second bath with a walk-in shower is conveniently located outside the 2nd bedroom but allows access as a guest bath to the entire property. It boasts a large deck that includes a cookout grill and overlooks Table Rock Lake and Long Creek Bridge. The property also offers a full kitchen, washer and dryer, cable TV, and wireless internet access. Come and make your memories here in the peaceful Ozark Mountains and Tri Lakes area with us. Your getaway in Branson will be an experience you wont soon forget and you will want to return to visit us again and again. This unit is an apartment style rental/layout. The rental has its own private entrance and parking. Close to Branson attractions, marinas, Big Cedar Lodge, Top of the Rock, and Dogwood Canyon.

Cancellation Policy
* If your reservation is canceled prior to fourteen (14) days of your arrival date, you will be refunded 100% of the amount paid.
* If your reservation is canceled between fourteen (14) - seven (7) days of your arrival date, there will be 50% refund of the amount paid.
*If your reservation is canceled less than seven (7) days from the arrival date, there will be no refund.
*All reservations are required to be paid in full at least 14 days before arrival.
* Rescheduling is permitted, only if rescheduling is done 30 days or more before your arrival.
* We will hold your deposit for up to one year. You may reschedule at any time during the one year grace period and your payment will be applied in full. Rescheduling is permitted according to availability.
* If you fail to reschedule during the one year grace period, your payment will be forfeited. All rescheduling will be completed using current prices at the time of rescheduling.
* BVR Properties / We Rent Cabins is not responsible for cancellations related to weather problems.
Deposit Policy
A $200.00 reservation deposit is required at the time of reservation. We accept most major credit cards. The remaining balance will be charged to the credit card on file 10 days prior to your arrival date. If your booking date is within 10 days of your arrival date the entire amount will be charged to your card upon acceptance of your reservation.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

Well supplied vacation condo with beautiful view of lake from interior and back patio. Peaceful setting on lake just a short drive to Branson for restaurants and activities. Local attraction golf cart cave and museum tour at Top of the Rock was a highlight. Enjoyed our stay and would return.

This place was beautiful, so peaceful on the lake. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again. The Airbnb did not have a hot tub as we had hoped, and the fire pit outside was out of propane so we were unable to use it. Would have been great since it was so cold during our stay and the back deck has incredible views. We still enjoyed the view from inside, the living room has wall to wall windows with easy to use automatic shades. This is the perfect location if you’re wanting a quiet trip away or if you’re wanting to visit Branson or Big Cedar Lodge. Thank you again for sharing your lovely home with us.
